The physical desires shall be completely worked out before permanent stay in the astral world becomes possible as two of the kinds of Beings live in the astral spheres, one having earthly karma for disposition & therefore must re -inhabit a gross physical body to pay the karmic debts.Being with undeemed earthly karma's are none permitted after astral death for as to go to the high causal spheres of cosmic ideas!
